Improving the current Supply Chain is a way of life for most teams. They would usually work on a number of improvement ideas, which can be quite overwhelming for the team.
We know that only a handful of these improvements will give us the lion’s share of the overall system benefits. Should we actually focus our attention sharply on them?
When I discuss this point with the teams, they are often clueless on how to identify these handful of vital improvement ideas.
