Supply Chain disruptions have been like nightmares for many teams. They end up spending enormous time and effort in managing the flow of goods. Why should it be so?
We usually term an event as a disruption if it demands much more from us than our current supply chain capabilities. If we want to handle such disruptions smoothly, we must improve our capabilities.
The three fundamental supply chain capabilities which help in handling disruptions are Demand Sensing, flexibility and responsiveness.
