Reflexive Supply Chain Solutions is a boutique consulting firm focused on supply chain transformation projects through agility improvement.
It’s founded by Dr. Rakesh Sinha, a well-renowned thought leader in the field of Supply Chain Management. His pioneering work in Theory of Constraints (TOC) has led to several industry benchmarks in customer service levels, product availability and product freshness.
The concept of Reflexive Supply Chains has been developed around the principles of TOC and DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning). The methodology to implement it in a simple and elegant manner has been pioneered by Dr. Sinha.
We believe supply chains in India are still at an evolutionary stage. There is enough scope to improve supply chains of all major industries to improve their profitability and simultaneously release precious capital employed in the business.
