What is constraining your Supply Chain?

Take some time to pause and reflect. Where is the current constraint in your Supply Chain? As it turns out, it’s the most important question to answer for achieving breakthrough performance in Supply Chain.

The constraint could be in consumer demand for the products, the production capacity, a critical input material, or cash required to run the operations. Where is it?

Once we identify the constraint, it should be leveraged to the hilt by making it as productive as possible.

Theory of Constraints has a useful framework to help us in this regard.
