Supply Chain is not rocket science!
I have seen some experts talk about increasing complexity of supply chains. However, if we look at the fundamentals of supply chain, there is an inherent simplicity with well-defined cause-effect logic running through it.
The more we simplify the supply chain logic, the better it performs. Tracking what consumers are buying, understanding the demand drivers, and developing a flexible and responsive supply system is all that we need to focus on.
Simple, isn’t it?
