Improve your Supply Chain at a pace that the team can sustain!
Teams working on Supply Chain improvements must sustain them over time. If the pace is too fast, some of the improvements get reversed and teams often revert to the earlier ways of working. If the pace is too slow, it fails to enthuse people.
Setting the right pace is important. It should match the capability to absorb and assimilate the improvements.
