Is your solution customized to solve specific pain area of the customer?

Customers look for solution to their pain areas and they feel that their pain is unique. If we offer a standard solution to them through our products and services, it is difficult to address their unique requirements. Standardized digital solutions typically suffer in meeting these needs unless they build in enough flexibility to address the unique needs.

It is much better to start by listening to the customers for their unique pain areas and offering specific solutions which address their unique needs. If we fail to do it, these customers may either keep away from our offering, or lapse after the initial trial.

The solution should not only be unique, but it should also look unique to the customer!
