How important is Full Kit principle for Agile Supply Chains?
Agile Supply Chains are designed to maintain a smooth flow from vendors till consumers. Since they focus on minimizing latency in the extended supply chain, any execution delays are likely to affect their performance.
For example, when a production run is planned, it is important to ensure that all the requisite input materials, equipment and manpower are available. A checklist is often used to check for the ‘Full Kit’.
