Leadership Talk Series - Industry Connect - 2022

PGPEX-VLM 16th Batch had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Rakesh Sinha, Founder and CEO of “Reflexive Supply Chain Solutions”. His information-packed session on “Demand-Driven Supply Chains” was extremely beneficial & relevant for the cohort.

Dr Sinha described how some firms in the industry are rewriting the rules in Supply Chain Management as he shared the industry’s best & latest practices in the domain. He also brought in a new perspective as he emphasized looking at things that haven’t changed and have stood the test of time in terms of customers’ prime needs, which is a fresh departure from looking at ever-changing customer needs. He also shared some of the key fundamentals of Demand-Driven Supply Chains as he compared them with conventional supply chains.
