In the 75th webinar of the Nav Samvaad series, IIM Jammu was delighted to host Dr. Rakesh Sinha, Founder & CEO at Reflexive Supply Chain Solutions. The topic for the session was "Agile Supply Chains."

The session focused on the benefits of Agile Supply Chains over Conventional Supply Chains in different industries while demonstrating the bimodal inventory distribution model. Further, the speaker emphasized the consumer needs pertaining to the supply chain, highlighting that consumers ultimately care about freshness and availability.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A round where the students acquired a more profound insight from the speaker's vast expertise and experiences. IIM Jammu extends gratitude to Dr. Rakesh Sinha for taking out time and enlightening our students.
